Positive: Amazing facilities. The room was very nice with a good bed and large shower. We had the junior suite and was apart from the rest of the hotel. We enjoyed our time laying by the pool and in the jacuzzi! All the other staff was very friendly and helpful!

Negative: The only thing dat was a little less positive… the shops close at 5 on Sunday and we just wanted a can of soda in the evening. The vending machine was coins only and we had to exchange our €20… the man working was doing something in the restaurant behind closed doors. Understandable that there was work to do, but he saw us and two other couples standing at the reception waiting for him to come. He just did not care and didn’t even take the 10 seconds to tell us he would be right there. Eventually we all left… it’s not a good look on the service part…

Positive: Very nice room. As expected from the photos with the shower and bathtub in the room. The hot tub was clean, and breakfast was good. Staff were generally friendly and helpful.

Negative: For the amount of money paid I would have expected more attentive staff, instead they felt quite relaxed (tables at breakfast weren’t always cleaned after the next guest) and sometimes felt like we were a bit of a nuisance when we checked in late or asked to use the hot tub.
